Night Time tea is a sweet, mellow blend of herbs to help calm, ease tension and nourish the nervous system to enable peaceful sleep and give you a more refreshed awakening.

Active Ingredients

Oat flower (30%), licorice root, chamomile flower, lavender flower (14%), lime flower (10%), valerian root, tulsi leaf.

Direction for Use

Infuse in hot water (off the boil) for at least 5 minutes.
