For optimum results, only use after intense exercise of any nature.Athletes under 80KG: For a drink providing 24 grams of protein and 48 grams of carbohydrates, add 1 and ¾ scoops of PhD Recovery 2:1 to 400ml ice cold water and shake gently in a PhD shaker cup for 5 seconds. Recovery 2:1 can also be stirred into a large glass or shaker cup with a spoon. Drink within 10 minutes of completing any intense exercise. PhD Recovery 2:1 may provide a slight froth at the head of the drink if using a shaker cup, this is due to the purity and consistency of the Whey Protein Isolate used in the product. Any frothing is negated when stirring the product to mix.Athletes 80kg-100kg: For a drink containing 30 grams of protein and 60 grams of carbohydrates, add 2 rounded scoops of PhD Recovery 2:1 to 400ml ice cold water and shake gently for 5 seconds.
