Direction for Use

Adults: 4 sprays to the back of the throat, up to 2-3 times a day, as required.Children aged 4 or over: 1 to 2 sprays to the back of the throat, 1 to 3 times a day, as required. A bottle of New Horizon Oralis Throat Spray contains about 115 sprays, allowing 10 sprays per day for 11 days.Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
