This food supplement combines fish, flaxseed and borage oils to provide you with essential fatty acids; EPA, DHA, ALA, GLA, and LA. This complex also includes omega-9 fatty acids.

Active Ingredients

Capsule Shell (Gelatin (Bovine), Vegetable Glycerin (Palm Kernel Oil, Coconut Oil)), Fish Oil, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Borage Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Antioxidant (Mixed Natural Tocopherols).

Direction for Use

For adults, take one to two softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
