Tikka Masala Sauce
Usage: Chicken Tikka.
Brown 320g of chicken breast in a pan for approx 5-7 minutes.
Add the contents of the jar of Free From Tikka sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
Ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving.
Garnish with some chopped cashew nuts and coriander and serve with rice and poppadoms.
