Active Ingredients

Half a level teaspoon typically provides 1200mg MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane). Methyl sulphonyl methane (contains naturally occuring sulphur dioxide and sulphites).

Direction for Use

Take 1/2 – 21/2 level teaspoons (1.2g – 6g) dissolved in water.

Precaution

In some cases MSM may have an initial laxative effect. This is normal and should stop within a few days. Drink plenty of water. Reduce intake if symptoms are uncomfortable.
