To check your pH, use the test papers provided. Compare the colour against the chart provided. A healthy urinary pH is between 7.5 and 8.0, in the evening. People on a low sodium diet should consult their doctor before taking Alka-Clear. Contains carrageenan.

Active Ingredients

Five capsules provide 33.3mg magnesium (carbonate), 364.5mg sodium (bicarbonate), 789.8mg potassium (bicarbonate). Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (carrageenan).

Direction for Use

Take 5-6 capsules with a glass of water.
