Gustare Raw Honey Manuka Jellybush is a raw Australian Manuka honey also called Jellybush and is harvested from the plant Leptospermum Polygalifolium.
It has a rich brown appearance and a rating of 5+NPA/83 MGO.
The honey's refreshingly pleasant caramelised taste makes it ideal for taking orally as part of a drink or as an ingredient, unlike other manukas, while still retaining all the health benefits of a manuka honey.
