Alka-Seltzer XS provides fast and effective relief of headaches with an upset stomach.

It can also be used to relieve migraine, period pains, toothache, sore throats, joint swelling and stiffness, neuralgia, lower back pain, sciatica, rheumatic and muscular aches and pains, muscle tenderness and stiffness, sprains, strains and symptoms of cold and flu such as feverishness.

Sour Stomach (also referred to as acid indigestion or upset stomach), is a term used to describe abdominal discomfort often associated with food intake.

Sour or Upset Stomach Symptoms include:
-Abdominal fullness
-Belching
-Heartburn

Aspirin Ph Eur 267mg Paracetamol Ph Eur 133mg Caffeine Ph Eur 40mg Sodium Bicarbonate Ph Eur 1606mg Citric Acid Ph Eur 954mgAlka-Seltzer XS dissolved in water becomes Sodium Acetylsalicylate, Paracetamol, Caffeine, Sodium Citrate and Sodium Bicarbonate.

Direction for Use

Adults : 2 tablets 4 hourly if necessary. Maximum dosage :Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Precaution

Do not exceed the stated dose.The dosages should not be continued for more than three days without consulting your doctor. Do not give to children under 16 years.
