Alka Seltzer Original Tablets can be used to treat conditions such as migraines, period pains, toothache, sore throats, joint swelling and stiffness, neuralgia, lower back pain, sciatica, rheumatic and muscular aches and pains, muscle tenderness and stiffness, sprains, strains and symptoms of cold and flu such as feverishness.

Being an antacid, Alka Seltzer is especially useful for acid indigestion and heartburn, helping to break up the full feeling and pain – fast!

Active Ingredients

Aspirin Ph.Eur 324 mg Citric Acid Ph.Eur 965 mgSodium Hydrogen Carbonate 1744mg Alka-Seltzer in water becomes Sodium Acetylsalicylate, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Bicarbonate.

Direction for Use

Alka-Seltzer must be dissolved in water before taking it. It dissolves quickly in warm water. Adults: 2 tablets in water. Aged 12 and over: 2 tablets in water,

Precaution

Do not give to children under 16 years of age except on the advice of a doctor.The dose may be repeated every four hours up to 4 dosages in 24 hours.
