100% organic cold pressed oil.

An exotic addition to Viridian's extensive essential fatty acid range.

Known as the Blessed Seed, black cumin seed has numerous benefits and is popular in the Middle and Far East.

With an aroma similar to eucalyptus or tea tree, it can be taken internally or used as a head or chest rub.

Active Ingredients

Each 5ml teaspoon typically provides: Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 2450 mg ,Oleic acid (Omega 9) 1040 mg A rich source of Omega 6 and 9 essential fatty acids on a 2:1 ratio. Contains a broad range of amino acids, B vitamins and minerals and is a source of protein and fibre.

Direction for Use

As a food supplement, take one teaspoon daily or as directed by your medical advisor.
