One level teaspoon (3.5 g) provides:L-Glutamine (Free Form).......................3.5 g (3500 mg) .

Direction for Use

As a food supplement for adults, stir one (1) level teaspoon (3.5 g) with 200 ml of water or juice, one to two times daily, in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
