Recommended daily dose:- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)- Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)Winter dose:- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily- Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
