Shake well before use. Do not spray directly onto the face. During and after application keep yourself away from all sources of ignition. Apply generously and evenly to whole area before exposure, let dry then reapply. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring and towelling. When applied correctly this can provides 6 full body applications for the average adult.

Avoid intensive midday sun and extensive sun exposure. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing and use sufficient sunscreen for unprotected areas.
