This food supplement uses Q-Sorb™ patented CoQ-10. Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) is naturally found in every cell of the body.
It is found in especially high levels in the heart and muscles, and other tissues with high energy requirements.
As we age, production of CoQ-10 in the body declines, making dietary intake more important.
L-carnitine is also provided in this supplement in its natural 'L' form. L-carnitine is an amino acid made in the liver and kidneys, then stored in the skeletal muscles, heart, and brain.

L-Carnitine (as L-Carnitine Fumarate), Rice Bran Oil, Bulking Agent (Gelatin (Bovine)), Glazing Agents (Vegetable Glycerin (from Palm Kernel Oil and Coconut Oil), Soya Lecithin), Vitamin E (dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Q-Sorb™ Coenzyme Q-10, Colour (Caramel).
For adults, take four softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
