This food supplement contains 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan), which is not usually sourced from the diet, but is made by the body from the amino acid tryptophan, where it is then changed into the neurotransmitter known as serotonin.

Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Capsule Shell (Gelatin (Bovine)), 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Anti-Caking Agent (Vegetable Magnesium Stearate).
For adults, take one to two capsules daily, as needed or before bedtime. Do not exceed stated dose.
