Green Pesto
Usage: Serving Suggestion: Crostini Green Pesto.
Place 4-5 slices of Gluten Free Bread onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Put the tray into a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 to toast for 5 minutes.
Turn over each slice and toast for a further 5 minutes, or until the Gluten Free Bread is golden.
Remove from the oven and place toasted Gluten Free Bread onto a plate and spoon or spread 1tsp of pesto, or more if so desired, onto each slice.
Garnish with some chopped basil.
Alternatively: add 2 dessert spoons of pesto to 100g of cooked rice or pasta for a delicious tasty dish.
Garnish with some chopped coriander.
