Cod in a Creamy Mushroom and White Wine Sauce. Score 2 fillets on one side. Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Place into an ovenproof dish. Pour contents of jar over fish and cover. Place on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice or a selection of your favourite vegetables.
