Vitamin and Mineral tablets.  Typically per tablet: Vitamin A 800µg,   Vitamin D 10µg ,Vitamin E 24mg ,Vitamin K 75µg,   Vitamin C 120mg Thiamin 5mg ,Riboflavin 4mg ,Niacin 16mg ,Vitamin B6 10mg ,Folic Acid 500µg ,Vitamin B12 50µg ,Biotin 150µg ,Pantothenic Acid 12mg ,Calcium 100mg ,Magnesium 50mg ,Iron 7mg ,Zinc 15mg ,Copper 1mg ,Manganese 4mg ,Selenium 200µg,   Chromium 200µg,   Iodine 150µg,   Choline Bitartrate 5mg ,Inositol 5mg,   PABA 5mg ,Lutein 2mg ,Turmeric Extract 50mg ,Green Tea Extract 50mg ,Grape Seed Extract 50mg ,Omega 3 capsules: Typically per capsule:  Fish Body Oil Concentrate 1100mg Providing Omega 3 fatty acids 700mg Of which: Eicosapentaenoic Acid(EPA) 360mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 240mgVitamin & Mineral Tablet Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Colours: Titanium Dioxide & Iron Oxides), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Stearate.  Omega 3 capsules: Capsule Shell (Gelatin and Glycerin).

Take one multivitamin and mineral tablet per day, plus one Omega 3 capsule. Take with a meal or just after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.
