The roasting process changes the chemical profile of the coffee bean and this is why we use unroasted coffee beans for our extract.

Careful selection of the best raw green robusta coffee beans means we can ensure these delicate compounds are retained and that our extract contains a rich source of naturally occurring chlorogenic acids.
