Application

Typically per capsule: Lactobacillus Acidophilus La5 Bifido Bacterium Bb12 4 billion live bacteria

Direction for Use

1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. Take with a glass of milk or water, or with a meal. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks; heat kills bacteria.
