Microwave:Microwaves vary. Stir 250ml water or 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or dairy-free alternative) into 50g of porridge in a microwaveable bowl. With an 800W microwave, cook for 3 minutes – 3 minutes, 30 seconds on high. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes until the desired thickness is achieved.Hob:Alternatively simmer on a hob for 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately. Once cooked do not re-heat.
