1.Brush
Use the soft tip bristled toothbrush with Colgate® Sensitive Pro-Relief™ toothpaste.

2.Treat
Remove the pen and twist the knob to release gel. Apply gel directly to the sensitive tooth with finger and massage gently for 1 minute up to twice a day. No rinsing.

3.Go!
Store the pen in the brush after use and go!
