In the shower, emulsify by gently massaging A-derma Exomega Cleansing Oil on you wet skin. Rinse and dry without rubbing. A-derma Exomega Cleansing Oil can also be used when bathing by adding a small amount to the bath water. After your bath, gently rinse and dry off your skin. If you have very dry skin, apply an emollient skin care product after washing such as A-derma Exomega Emollient Cream.
