Spots usually start to appear when your body is changing during puberty. Hormones cause your skin to produce too much oil, which blocks up your pores. When a pore gets blocked, bacteria inside start multiplying. This irritates the pore and causes a spot to form.
Many people with acne might suffer from spots on the back and chest. Treat the face with Acnecide Gel and the body with Acnecide Wash.
Acnecide Wash 5% w/w Gel contain two technologies to help you escape the cycle of spots:
- benzoyl peroxide - Reduces the bacteria that cause spots (Propionibacterium acnes) by 95%
- A special microsphere technology To help absorb excess oil (a common factor in many Acne sufferers), while releasing glycerine to hydrate your skin.
Hydrous benzoyl peroxide - equivalent to benzoyl peroxide 5% w/w.Acrylates copolymer, gycerol, carbomer 940, Sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate, Sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment), purified water.
Apply twice daily to cover the affected skin areas. Wet the area to be treated, apply the preparation to the hands and wash the affected area with the gel. Contact time with the skin should be 1 to 2 minutes followed by thorough rinsing with water and drying.
