Direction for Use

Wash feet with warm water.Open package and wear foot masks. Put on the vinyl socks over the foot masks while fixing the vinyl socks to the ankle with the enclosed bands.Leave on for 20 - 30 minutes before removing socks and masks. No additiional washing is required.
